All orders ship at a flat rate, calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and carefully packaged. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns

All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. A replacement or refund will be offered when possible.

Each piece is handmade and may include natural variations in form and finish. These are part of the work and not considered defects.
